An Extraordinary Setting for a Home That Is Entirely Yours

Our award-winning Monaco model is slated to break ground soon. Schedule a private appointment with our team to explore homesite opportunities and begin discussing your custom architectural vision.

What Is a Home & Homesite Package?

A home and homesite package brings together the opportunity to select property within IronCrest and design a custom ICI Homes residence for that setting.

For buyers who do not already own a homesite in the community, this is the path to explore available homesite opportunities while working with our team to develop a personalized home design.

Our in-house structural and interior designers help guide the process, considering both your architectural vision and the characteristics of the homesite.

Custom Architecture Shaped Around Your Lifestyle

Since 1980, ICI Homes has approached homebuilding not merely as construction, but as an art form, creating custom residences that serve as personal expressions of the people who inhabit them.

At IronCrest, we do not ask you to fit into a plan; we shape the architecture around your lifestyle.

Walls are moved. Rooms are reimagined. Entire living environments are crafted around the way you entertain, relax, gather, and live.

Your vision may include:

Expansive outdoor living areas designed for entertaining
A private wellness retreat or secluded guest suite
A wine cellar or dedicated club room
A multi-vehicle collector's garage
Personalized interior spaces, finishes, and architectural details

Every residence begins with a conversation about how you want to live, allowing our designers to thoughtfully consider each line, proportion, finish, and detail.

An Established Private Club Lifestyle

IronCrest is anchored by the fully operational and active Club at Iron Lake, where an exceptional lifestyle is already taking shape.

Its 18-hole championship golf course, recognized by Golf Digest as one of the "Best New Courses in America," winds through the quarry's dramatic natural landforms.

Overlooking Iron Lake, the established 37,000-square-foot clubhouse offers fine dining, private member lounge spaces, Har-Tru tennis and pickleball courts, a state-of-the-art fitness center, a resort-style pool, and year-round social programming.

Beyond the community, Ocala's celebrated equestrian heritage, proximity to the World Equestrian Center, and convenient connections to Gainesville and Orlando place IronCrest within reach of exceptional experiences while preserving its sense of privacy.
